UNIX TRAINERS AND CONSULTANTS (UTC) was conceived from the Institute of Management and Consultancy (UTC) to provide services of Trainings and Consultancies. UTC was established in 2014 to provide quality training and consultancy services in all functional areas of management for both public and private sector at domestic and international levels. All Training and consulting interventions which were carried out by UTC have been adopted by UTC since 2014.
UTC brings a fresh and innovative approach to training, consultancy, recruitment and labour management through offering outstanding and distinguished customer service, increased flexibility to achieve greater value, thus optimizing system functionalities and improving customers’ operational efficiency and effectiveness.
UTC is distinguished by its functional and technical expertise combined with hands-on experienced consultants who are dedicated to ensure that clients receive the most effective, efficient and professional services. Training and consultancy services were moved from UTC to UTC to provide three ranges of services to both public and private services in:
- Developing and impacting relevant competent knowledge and skills
- Modeling organizational structures, systems and processes for efficient and effective service delivery
- Undertaking a client-driven training and consultancy services in various areas to improve organizational performance
