HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT


To overcome major challenges arising out of the need for quality service delivery, public and private sector organizations in industrialized and developing countries are striving for continuous improvement in service delivery. In a bid to address these challenges organizations and institutions are continuously strengthening their capacities in terms of systems, processes, procedures, tools and human resources. Such capacity building efforts aim at improving management practices and efficiency to achieve concrete results through improved performances. The Institute of Management and Consultancy (IMC) and Blue Ocean Academy-Dubai are pursuing a common objective of strengthening the capacity of public and private institutions through the provision of training and consulting services. In this endeavor the two Institutions have decided to collaborate by forging their capacities and competencies with a view of offering well-grounded interventions in the two specified areas - training and consultancy.

The Institute of Management and Consultancy (IMC) and Blue Ocean Academy-Dubai have developed an annual training calendar (July 2015 – June 2016), which is being marketed to many countries including: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Republic of South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Republic of Sudan, Southern Sudan, Ethiopia, Sierra Leon, Liberia, Ghana and Nigeria Courses are designed to target participants from the following institutions: Central Government Ministries, Government departments, Government Agencies, Local Government Authorities, Government Parastatals, Insurance Companies, Banks and Financial Institutions and other Corporate Organizations.
