To overcome major challenges arising out of the need for quality service delivery to the public, public and private sector organizations in industrialized and developing countries are striving for continuous improvement in service delivery. In a bid to address the challenges inhibiting performance improvement on quality service delivery, organizations and institutions are continuously strengthening their capacities in terms of systems, processes, procedures, tools and human resources. Such capacity building efforts aim at improving management efficiencies in order to achieve concrete results through improved performances.
UNIX Trainers and Consultants (UNIX) is strengthening the capacity of public and private institutions through the provision of training and consulting services. In this endeavor, UNIX is offering well-grounded training interventions with the objective of improving performances at work places.
UNIX has developed annual training programs for the period of July 2021 to June 2022, which is being marketed to many countries including: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Republic of South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland (eSwatini), Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Sierra Leon, Liberia, The Gambia, Ghana and Nigeria. The training programs are designed for participants from the following institutions: Ministries, Government departments, Government Agencies, Local Government Authorities, Government Parastatals, Corporations, Banking and Financial Institutions and other Corporate Organizations.
